How To Use Our Secure Online RFQ Portal

1. Submit Your Quote
Send us your part files by uploading them through our secure, CMMC-compliant online quote form. Your data and designs are always protected. Please include all necessary files such as .stp, .dxf, .pdf, etc. A full list of supported file types is available in the “Upload Part Files” window.

2. Initial Quote Review
Our team will promptly review your request and, if needed, reach out directly to clarify any critical features, dimensions, or requirements.

3. Quote Submittal
We’ll evaluate all relevant information to determine the best machining process, lead time, and price. You’ll then receive an email with a secure link to review your quote and download a PDF copy.

4. Order Submission for Precision Machining
Once your quote details are finalized and approved, you can place your order in one of two ways:

• Attach a Purchase Order while viewing your online quote and submit it directly.

• Email your Purchase Order to us, and we’ll enter the order on your behalf.
